Industrial and commercial construction
Expansive spaces, rooms with ample natural light and distinctive functional elements characterize modern industrial and commercial buildings. Structures demonstrating a forceful design are an integral part of every corporate identity. At the same time, crucial factors in construction, completion and operation must fit together: economy, energy efficiency and fire protection.
The building of Huber & Ranner Raumlufttechnik in Pöcking is a prime example of the successful integration of functionality and design. The outer skin of the striking production hall with integrated office and panoramic canteen was completed in the special color RAL 9016 traffic white.
Because of its improved insulation performance, the ROMA5 optimized foam system makes it possible to satisfy the requirements of the EnEV, even with a minimum core thickness. In addition to outstanding energy efficiency, ROMA5 allows you to save on material, transport and accessories, thus enhancing cost-efficiency. In addition – like all ROMA panels – the ROMA5 panels can be installed quickly and easily without pressing tools.
In addition to our own ROMA EPD, you will be supported in obtaining your building certification by our extensive environmental certificates, such as LEED and BREEAM fact sheets and ISO 14001.
The highlight: The standard range is also available with a climate-friendly polyurethane insulating core. For this purpose, sustainably certified biomass was used in the precursor production. Based on organic waste to reduce resource consumption without any fossil raw materials, its CO² balance, and thus your assessment for building certification, is again significantly improved.
All elements with a ROMA5 insulating core are flame retardant and are also available with a non-combustible mineral wool core. They thus also meet requirements for fire classification A. This makes it possible to build fire sections with a uniform look and without any extra effort during installation.
